From application to alumni

A short seven-step form, open for each cohort.

  2. Review

We read every answer and check details with regional representatives.

  3. If applicable

    Interview

Some cohorts include a short conversation. We will tell you if yours does.

  4. Admission

Accepted members receive a welcome email with next steps.

  5. Cohort

Two years of Saturday training and community outreach.

  6. Graduation

An official certificate for every member who completes the cohort.

  7. Alumni

Stay close, mentor the next intake, keep the work going.

The cohort

Each cohort trains together for two years. At graduation, every member receives an official certificate. Graduation is not the end: alumni are always welcome to keep supporting the club, from mentoring new members to joining outreach in their region.

Regional heads

Members are organised by region. Each of Ghana’s 16 regions has a regional head who presides over members there, helps plan outreach in local schools, markets and communities, and works with the executives to check new applications.
